A Bogalusa native, Sandy Miller turned her lifelong passion of caring for children into a career when she started “Sandy’s Kidz” in 2003. Still going strong 22 years later, she is proud to offer one of the most highly rated schools in Bogalusa for Early Childhood Education and development, holding a 4-star rating by the Louisiana Department of Education with designations of “Highly Proficient” in its category and “Excellent” in Classroom Emotional Support, the state’s two highest rankings.

“Sandy’s Kidz” is not just a business name; it’s her philosophy.  As a wife, mother and grandmother, Sandy is a natural nurturer and cares for each child at “Sandy’s Kidz” as her own. When class is not in session, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren in the great outdoors.
